Problem One: Update Error:

Solution: If you update the K-Tag Machine, it will encouter this error picture. It means your K-tag is bad, you need to send back for repair. And you need to pay the repair fees, because it is not updated.

Problem Two: Bug Error

Solution: If you encounter this error, it is BUG error, it is the original software problem, it means you still can not use the function, you need to wait till its update. So if you don't want to get this error, please don't use this function, the K-Tag can work normally, it is not the product problem.








Problem Three:  KTAG got error "checksum error"

Solutions : there are three reasons cause checksum error:
1) the computer operation system is not compatible with KTAG, better use Windows XP or WIN7 professional;
2) there are some problem with KTAG software;
